Another Emma-ism

Our conversation as we walked to the bus today:

Emma (with a faraway look on her face): "Mom, someone's talking to us."

Mom: "Really? Who?"

Emma: "The wind."

Mom: "Oh. What's it saying?"

Emma (snapping back to Earth): "I don't know. I don't speak Wind."

I love this girl. Life would be so boring without her.

  1. Now that is just funny! So innocent. Mom, of course she can't speak wind. What were you thinking? Oh, she's a doll. Never a dull moment at the Wadsworths' home is there? I can't believe how much she looks like Grandma Wadsworth. What a beautiful little girl!
